1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is more than 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes about 1-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes about 7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new custom logo printing, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production lead time?
It may takes 25 days after payment or up to order quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide AI, CDR or PDF, etc.
