Vinyl record holder set is an important part when the ultrasonic cleaner is used to clean Lp records. this holder set is including: 1pc motor, 9pcs rubber rings, 1 power adapter and 1bracket.
It is detachable,user can easy to assemble and disassembly themselves by referring to the photos we provide.
It is adjusable, the user adopts the manual lifting method, drops the record into the ultrasonic cleaning tank to clean the record, and when the cleaning is finished, the record is raised from the cleaning tank. Keep it up for a while and let the record dry
It is self-rotaing by conected the adaptor.
The rubber ring diameter is 10cm, thickness is 8mm, these rubber rings is to protect the labels on the LP record from wet when washing on ultrasonic cleaner .
With this holder set, user can at most clean 8 records at a time.

These machines to clean the dust and water-soluble mucus attached to the record has a good effect. After cleaning, the noise caused by dust, like exploding beans, was reduced by 95%.
This machine is designed for the principle of ultrasonic vibration, it is physical cleaning, not chemical cleaning. The noise produced by the following reasons cannot be removed:
    1.Oil stains, finger prints, sweat marks. Because they corrode plastic records and leave imprints, although the machines wash away sweat and grease, the cleaners have no ability to repair the marks. The print is still in shape, and any cleaning machine has no ability to repair it.
  2.The marks left by mildew-stained records are also irreparable.
  3. The scratches on the record surface can not be repaired by ultrasonic cleaning
  4.Use ultrasonic wave to wash glue directly, the viscosity effect of insoluble water is not good. Must be rubbed with alcohol or special cleaning solution, manual local cleaning.

   To get better effect, when start work, you should be paid attention to:
a. Before starting the ultrasonic cleaning machine, let the rye soak for a few minutes.
b.Ultrasonic washing takes at least 5-10 minutes
c.Should be added to ultrasonic detergen
d.After ultrasonic washing, still need clean use water to wash the record, remove the particles attached to the surface of the record.
e.Ultrasonic propagation in the air is much worse than in liquids. In a mixture of water and air, ultrasonic wave propagation in  the  air is much weaker. After 30-40 minutes of ultrasonic washing, the solution will be vaporized by ultrasonic wave, which accumulates a large number of tiny bubbles. Therefore, after each ultrasonic bath, to start the bubble removal process, or the washing solution needs to rest for dozens of minutes, let it automatically eliminate tiny bubbles or replace the new detergent.(CJ-031SD has this funcion)
