Carbide Filter Cutting Blade
Carbide Filter Cutting Blade for Tobacco Machine are used for cigarette and filter rod cutting in cigarette manufacturing plants. As one of most consumable parts, the quality of the circular knives has great effect on the cutting speed and cutting effects. The grade of the tungsten carbide, the cutting edge angle, and the surface polish all together decides the performance of the knife. Packing & Delivery
The tobacco cutting knives are first individually packaged in a transparent plastic bag to facilitate later access and to prevent oxidation and corrosion; then every 40 pieces are placed in a foam box, which take up all the available space, so that knives' colliding and damaging can be prevented; then the foam boxes are placed in multi-ply corrugated boxes, which are further filled up by foam boards to avoid the shaking of foam boxes during transportation; finally, the outer carton is tied with braided belts to strengthen the carton and increase the load-bearing capacity while provides convenience for carring.
