Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory, we provide ODM& OEM services.
Q2:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-10days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q3:How about your quality control system?
A:100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 48 hours to test its quality reliability, and it’ll be 100% tested again before packing, all of our products will pass strictly QC procedure before shipping.
Q4: Is it OK for us to visit your factory for LED light?
A:You are always warm welcome to visit both our factories . We are located in Shenzhen .If you really want to come to our company ,we can also arrange drivers to pick you up .
