[Stainless Steel Probe]
The Sankey keg coupler is composed of chrome-plated brass body and stainless steel probe, which will not wear away over time and still retain the beer flavor after long-term use. It can also provide better services for high-demand business environments such as bars, restaurants, and breweries.
[Safety Pressure Relief Valve No Gas Leaks]
The pressure relief valve of keg tap coupler will automatically open on about 53 psi, allows excessive pressure gas to escape before it enters the keg. Its comes with two sets of silicone check valves and beer line washers for creating a seal between the coupler and the barb tailpiece to prevent gas/beer leak.
[Easy to Install & Lock]
With this D coupler you also need a gas tank/co2 regulator faucet/brewing hose to let the gas transferred from the regulator to the coupler and dispense your beer. And then tap the sankey coupler to keg, then down the handle to lock keg coupler, pull the handle out to unlock sanke coupler.

The best way to check is to spray it with soapy water when it is under pressure and look for bubbles.
There is a white lug under the gas in nipple that is held on by a hex nut. That prevents backflow into the regulator and also acts as a seal.
It's possible that that hex nut is not tightened enough or that check valve is misaligned, causing a bad seal
