Q1: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?  

We do have wireless headphones in stock, MOQ is 50 pcs. For other wired headphones and earphones, there are thousands kinds of different shape models for choosing and printing customized own logo.

Q2: Are you a manufacture?  
Yes, we are factory established in 2005,with over 100 workers and 1,000 squares meters workshop

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?  e
As a general rule our MOQ is 1000pcs for customized earphone and headphones. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 1000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high and production time is longer when considering printing, tooling and set-up costs.

Q4: How can I get a sample to check quality and how long is the sample time?   earphone wholesale
For normal product,without any changes to the samples,we provide free samples for you to check our quality. but client also has to afford the express freight.. 

For sample making,we will charge$50-$100 to cover the cost on filming and printing. Final price will be confirmed according to the products’ craftwork.

Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation? 
1) The headphone or earphone model, please send us our model number to refer. 
2) Your Logo pattern.
3) The pantone color number of headphones and earphones and logo  .
4) Packing methods.
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q6: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing? 
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI. 
2) Packing box layout bleed size: 3-5mm
  Logo pattern: the clearer, the better.
Q7: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?  
1) Plane sample time is 3-5 days, customized sample time is 5-10 days. 
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quality, production craftwork, ect. Commonly it lasts 15-18 working days.

Q8: Do you inspect the finished production? 
Yes, all of our products will be through AQL 2 quality inspection processes.
Q9: How do you ship the finished production?   e

2) By plane
3) By DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.
