ALUMINIUM DIAPHRAGM GAS METER

 

The meter mentioned below refers aluminium diaphragm gas meter. GX indicates the nominal flow rate is Xm³/h of the meter. “AL” indicates the meter body made of aluminum alloy.

 

 

 

 

 

Applications

Media: natural gas, liquefied gas, city pipeline gas, etc.

Pressure Range: 0.5kPa~50kPa

Environment:for household use, especially in high salt spray and high humidity environment in coastal area.

Installation Instructions

1)      The meter shall installed in dry, draughty place, where the working temperature range

          should be -10℃~+40℃.

2)      The arrow of the meter indicates the direction of gas flow, do not connected reversely;

3)      The center of the pipe should connected with the center of the meter’s inlet and outlet,

         do not strong twist or damage the meter connector to avoid the leakage of meter;

4)      Sealing test should performed after installation, leakage detection by open fire is     

         forbidden;

5)      The meter shall have adequate safety distance from the furnace and other ignition

         sources;

6)       Make sure the air in the line and gas meter is empty before ignition.
