1. What are the main products of your factory?
- Printer: Mutoh printer, InkFa digital printer, A3 UV printer, large format printer, DTG printer, directly to cotton fabric printer etc
- Roller heat transfer machine, heat press machine
- Ink: Subliamtion ink, Eco-solvent ink, solvent ink, water-based ink, UV ink, pigment ink ect
- Paper: 48g/70g/90g/100g sublimation paper, 100m/200m/roll; Width: 0.9m/1.22m/1.42m/1.6m/1.8m etc. The width can be customed if the oeder quantity more than 100 rolls paper
- Print head: DX5, DX7, 5113, 4720, Rocoh G5 etc
2. What is the payment terms and delivery data?
- Payment terms: We accept T/T transfer, Western Union, money gram and cash etc
- Delivery date: If machine in stock, within 3-5 workdays after full payment is received. 7-10 workdays in purchase season.
- Transportation: Machine should be shipping by sea or land transportation; Small order will be sent by DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS etc
3.What about the warranty of machine ?
- We supply 1 year(12 months) free warranty for the machine within 1 year, if there is any problem of printer, please directly contact us and we will offer technician service online. (Print head and consumable parts are not included.)
4.Is your printer equipped with software? What is it?
- The printer is equipped with original RIP software Maintop 6.0.
5. How you offer aftersales service oversea?
- A. We have 3 experienced engineers and 2 technical online customer service to supply 15 hour online service. Any problems, we can solve them online via skype and WhatsApp.
- B. Remote control service via the software team Viewer is provided for the customer to install the software and adjust the program.
- C. Free training installation and maintenance of the printer will be provided to assist customers in factory China . If customer needs, we can send our engineers abroad to provide service such as machine setup and repairing.(Customer help to pay business trip expense for our engineer.)
6. If there is something spare paprts of printer need to replace, what can I do?
- We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back the broken ones. We will prepare the vulnerable parts for you before shipment, and advice customers order some spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.
