Secondary Crushing PY Series Spring Aggregate Cone Crusher Machine

 

Spring cone crusher is the earliest and one of the most widely-used crushers in the world. The standard type (PYB) is applied to secondary crushing; the medium type (PYZ) and the short-head (PYD) are applied to fine crushing.

 

Besides spring cone crusher, we also have symons cone crusher, single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder cone crusher for sale, full models for choice, meeting your different needs. The max. feeding size of cs160 symons cone crusher is 241 mm, output size is 13-51 mm adjustable, capacity is 109-349 t/h. 

 

 

Cone crushers are main equipment for medium/fine crushing of ores and rocks with different hardness in mining, forging, construction, chemical industry and power stations. They have features of advanced structure, high output rate, easy adjustment and their products have uniform grain distribution.

 

Typical materials:

river gravel, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, quartz, diabase, gold ore, copper ore, etc.

 

When a spring cone crusher works, its motor drives the eccentric bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheels. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which drives the mantle periodically moving close and far to the bowl liner. During the moving process, the raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
