13-425 Vials Closures=13-425 screw thread cap + 13-425 PTFE/Silicone Septa
Regarding speta, the PTFE side is anti-corrosion, and the Silicone side is soft for needles to pierce. PTFE/Silicone septa are most popular for HPLC application, and Pre-slit septa are easier to pierce with needles.
