1. What's the procedures of ordering?
[Answer]: Procedures of Ordering is as below
1). Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailed requirements.
2). HWCM to provide the professional quotation with details to customers based on customer's request.
3). Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc.
4). HWCM to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose.
5). Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to HWCM.
6).HWCM to produce the pre-production sample as per customer's specific requirements.
7). HWCM to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.
8). Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.
9). HWCM to start the mass production after getting customer's approval for pre-production sample.
10). HWCM to send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference.
12). Customer to arrange the balance to HWCM.
13). HWCM to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder.
14). Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load to vessel.
2. Can you accept OEM and ODM?
[Answer]: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We have the fully capability to customize any design, shape and size as per customers' specific requirements.
3. Can I request a sample?
[Answer]: Yes, we could provide our existed samples to customer for reference free of charge.If you need your own color and logo,it will be charged,but the cost can be refund after order.

2.May I have your samples?
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,TNT or UPS .If you have a collect account ,it will be fine to ship with your account;if not ,you can pay the freight charge to us ,and then we will ship the samples to you .It takes about 4-7days to reach your company.
3.How long is the sample lead time ?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 1-2weeks, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 45-60 days for full container. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity,so if you need quick delivery time.pls let us know,we well do the best to reach your requirement.
5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
PSD ,CDR ,AI is workable .
