TXFL Aspirator Dust Separator Efficient Dust Cleaning and Separation

 

1) Function: remove dusk, husks, light impurities, reduce ash content of grains before flour mill first break system.

2) Application: grain processing, alcohol, feed, plastic, and any free-flowing particles. Widely used after precleaning section, before flour milling.

3) Capacity: up to 80t/h (wheat).

Features of structure of our TXFL dust separator:

• Grain inlet adjustable for different requirement and various application.

• Cone shaped structure for uniform grain distribution. Grains fall down around the cone, and air go throw the grain flow evenly to have better cleaning and dust removing effect.

• Small and compact structure, robust housing for long service life.

• No power consumption, large air suction area, less air volume required.
