Product Description
Single Span Greenhouse:
The single-span greenhouse is a type of simple, safe and convenient universal greenhouse; it uses hot-dip galvanized steel pipes as the main framework, parts made under the hot-dip galvanized pressuring technique. The single-span greenhouse is mainly for vegetable and fruit cultivation and other aquaculture, besides its excellent insulation properties and necessary ventilation performance. We can also add sides manual rolling ventilation system to make it more practical.
Single Span Greenhouse Frame:
The greenhouse frame is made of the materials of galvanized steel, connected by screws, bolts or suitable connecters, door, etc.can be equipped and the roof can be tunnel roof or arched roof (supported by circular tubes).
Single Span Greenhouse Covering material:
PO film, heat-preserving and durable, can be available on the roof and side of the greenhouse, thickness of which can be 8mm,10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, etc. And more layers of the film can be used on the greenhouse.

1 Cooling system (cooling pad and fan):
Cooling pad and exhauster cooling system is the most cost-effective cooling system for large-scale production facilities. The system has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost, low energy consumption, significant cooling capacity and reliable operation. The cooling pad and exhauster cooling system consists of specialized paper cooling pad, low pressure and high flow axial fan, water circulation system, and control device. Exhausters were installed on both sides of the gable in the greenhouse or closed houses. When it is working, the negative pressure room caused by exhausters can force the hot air flow outside, water evaporation will absorb a significant amount of latent heat, to achieve reducing indoor temperature and increase the humidity.
2 Shading system:
a. External shading system
The primary function of the system is to cool the heat in summer, the sun would diffuse into the greenhouse to ensure that crops from strong light burns. Due to blocking a significant amount of light into the room, it can effectively reduce the accumulation of heat in the greenhouse, drop 4°C to 6°C of room temperature.
Features:
Anti-ultraviolet, anti-hail, reduce the damage to the top of the greenhouse.
According to the different crops, use different shade curtains to meet the needs of various plants under the sunlight. In summer, through the shade curtain can efficiently reflect part of the sunlight, drop room temperature 4 to 6 degrees Celsius.
b. Internal Shading/Insulation System
Anti-fog and anti-drip: After close the inner shading system, it will form two separate lower and upper spaces in the greenhouse,this can effectively prevent the formation of the fog in the greenhouse and the dewdrops. To increase the indoor insulation effect, we can use double shade system. The curtain has two types, breathable curtain, and insulated curtain, like waterproof
space cotton insulation blanket. According to the need, we choose different light transmission capacity of the shade curtain or insulation curtain.
