The carcass consists of EP in warp and NN in weft. The belts are laminar construction. Add a wear-resisting canvas to the contact surface of elevator belts. It is high performance belt suitable for grain processing industry.

Usage:

*Mainly apply to normal temperature,no wet and corrosion environment. Usually for small bulk granular materials of non-oleaginous or non-biological additives.

*Elevator belt width ≥500mm and the height ≥35 meters. Enhanced round edge elevator belt can be customized according to the intensity request.

*According to the work condition, heat-resistant, anti-corrosion and anti-static elevator beltcan be customized

*In order to improve the transmission efficiency, reduce abnormal wear of the belt, we recommended to use pulley with rubber cover.

Supply characteristics

*Do not need to order by whole roll, length and width can be customized .

*Drill hole service can be provided to make install and usage easy.
