MF-RH series Digital Rubber Hardness Tester

Introduction

MF-RHA is a digital Shore A type hardness tester. It is suitable for plastic (such as film, medical appliance, etc.), synthetic rubber (such as seals, tires, rubber roller, rubber hose/belt, wire and cable, shock absorber, etc.) and other related chemical products.

MF-RHAO is a hardness tester with digital display for the determination of Vulcanized rubber of low hardness and thermoplastic rubbers and other materials. This product according to the standard GB/T531-2008, reference to standard JJF1312-2011.

    MF-RHC digital hardness tester applies to hardness testing of microporous material made of foam rubber, this hardness refers to HG/T2498-2007 and other relevant standards.

MF-RHD is a digital Shore D type hardness tester. It is suitable for hard plastic (such as thermoplastic, hard resin, nylon, and organic glass, etc.), hard rubber, and other related chemical products (such as anti-corrosion coating materials, flame retardant materials, paint, etc.).

We could send product samples to clients, but the sample product and the freight are charged.

· What payment term does Medfuture accept?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and some of other payment methods. Usually, we prefer 100%T/T in advance, for special order, 40% of the total amount would be paid when place order, and the rest would be paid before shipment.

· How long is the lead time?

7-14 preparation days are needed after receiving prepayment. Shipment period varies according the different destination, usually is 20-50 days. If it is urgent, air shipment or express delivery like TNT and DHL will be recommended.

· How long is the validity of Medfuture’s quotation?

Usually, the validity period of quotation is 30 days, but still depends on the changes of exchange rate and shipping cost.

· Which port in China is the port of shipment?

Qingdao (Shandong) port (special requirement could be discussed)

· How is the package of the product?

The equipment would be wrapped by soft materials to avoid vibration and would be packaged by wooden or cartoon boxes with water-proof plastic wrapper.

· How is the inspection process before delivery?

Finished products will be inspected by our QC staff firstly, then will be checked by project manager. We also accepted third party inspection that arranged by clients.
