A: We are a source factory, and we can customize products according to your requirements (design, size, logo, packing) and give you the best price.

Q2: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located at Jizhou Area,Hengshui City, Hebei Province,China,near to Beijing or Tianjin.Welcome to visit our factory.

Q3: When do you deliver the goods?And where is the port of shipping?

We normally deliver the goods within 30 days after receiving the deposit.And the shipping port is Tianjin/XinGang,China.

Q4: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

Q5: What's the payment you accept?

A: As usual our payment term is 30%T/T as deposit and the 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Also, we accept other payment such as L/C, Paypal, Credit card, WU etc.

Q6: What is your warranty terms?

A: We offer different warranty terms for different products. The bed is 3 years, and others, please contact us for detailed warranty terms.
