 Care and Use:

• Take out the mat from the package.

• If the mat is too big for your work surface, it may be trimmed and cut to fit.

• Wash by hand or place in top rack of dishwasher to clean (Dishwasher safe – top rack only).

• Don’t bend or fold.

• Don’t use mat as a cutting surface.

• Don’t exceed sustained temperatures over 260°C.

• Don’t expose to open flame .

 

Precautions:

-Do not wipe pizza tray with sharp metal, microfiber cloth and chemical cleaner.

-Do not soak the pizza tray too long time in the water or detergent.

-Avoid collision caused by careless operation, friction, cause the anode surface scratched.

-Pay attention when take from and put back to the grilles to avoid t scrating the anode surface.
