3. Deep processing: welding, bending, stamping, drilling, tapping, etc
4. Surface treatment: sand blasting, anodized (various color can be customized), powder coating, stoving varnish, wiredrawing, polished, etc.
5. Hardness:Mpa≥160,HV≥58,HW≥8
6. Precision cutting: smooth surface, no burr or dirt
7. Tolerance: 0.15mm
8. OEM is welcomed.
The dimensions can be modified according to customers’ requirement.
Optimum design for different type, associated design parameter is provided.
