Usage of wire drawing machine:

The sharpening mill is used to sharpen all kinds of wires automatically or manually. It is moveable with four wheels.

Butt Welding Machine
Butt welding machine is adopted to ensure the continuous wire drawing. It can weld the end of the drawn wire with one end of the wire which is to be drawn. When the wire is drawn broken, you also can use the butt welding machine to weld it after you have stopped the wire drawing machine.

 Wire drawing dies:

Wire drawing dies: The function of the drawing dies is reduce the wire diameter. When the wire go through hole, the diameter is reduced.  

Wire Drawing powder:

Wire Drawing Lubricant Powder is a kind of lubrication powder, widely used in metal wire drawing process, such as low carbon steel wire, low carbon steel wire(Q195/SEA1008/Q235/SEA1006,etc), stainless steel wire, Welding rod, cold heading wire, etc. It is mainly made from lime, water, soap, animal fat, paraffin, octadecanoic acid, talcum powder aund borate etc.
