Brief Introduction                                                                          

Fluid bed drying technology is a new drying technology developed in recent years. The process is that the bulk material is placed on the orifice plate, and the gas is transported from the lower part of it, which causes the particles to move on the gas distribution plate and become suspended in the air flow. Produce a mixture of particles and gases at the bottom, like a liquid boiling. In the fluid bed dryer, the particles are in full contact with the gas in the mixed layer, and the heat transfer and moisture transfer between the material and the gas are carried out. At present, it is widely used in chemical, food, ceramics, medicine, polymer and other industries.

Product Description                                                                      

Working principle:

If the gas passes through a granular bed, the bed will take on a different state with the change of the flow velocity. When the velocity is low, the airflow is only in the gap of the stationary particle, which is called the fixed bed. When the gas velocity increases to a certain value, all the particles are suspended by the upward air flow, and the force of the gas acting on the particles is balanced with the gravity phase of the particles, and the bed reaches the initial fluidization, and the flow velocity is called the minimum fluidization velocity. When the flow velocity exceeds this value and is higher than the terminal velocity of the particle (maximum fluidization velocity), the interface of the bed disappears and the entrainment occurs, and the solid particles flow from the bed with the fluid. Out of this situation is the phenomenon of pneumatic conveying solid particles, or dispersed phase fluid beds.

Fluid bed drying has the advantages of high heat and mass transfer rate, high drying rate, high thermal efficiency, compact structure, low cost of basic investment and maintenance, and easy operation. Packing & Delivery                                                                                 

1. Our dryer / drying machine should been cleanned first, then packaged with the transparent coating, next it will been shipped into the marine container with steel wire fixing.

2. Some of the over-size drying machine, we will choose the flat rack container.

3. First the drying machines are transported by land to China's maritime ports, then shipped and delivery, and final the containers are shipped to the customer's designated port of arrival.
