How it works：
Every independent comb type tower garage consists of one lifting channel and two rows of parking spaces. There are 3 steps when
saving the cars.
First, the carrier lifts the car up to the position that one level higher than the aim level through the lifting channel.Second,
the pallet of the aim parking space comes out to the lifting channel.Third, the carrier goes down which will let the car park on
the aim pallet. Then both the parking pallet and carrier move back to the initial position.Turntable is used in this kind of comb
type parking system to make cars get in and out easier.
