It is designed to hollow blades of banbury type.The hollows are connected to axial hole of rotor shaft used as cooling or heating passage .The top edges and the side faces of blades are surface weled with hard alloy and ground , then plated with hard chrome and polished

it is formed by W shape body welded with high quality steel plates and two side plates by assembling together .which are jacked to take the flow of cooling water or steam . It is plated with hard chrome or build up with carbide alloy on its internall walls

rotor end adopts the contact type lubrication spring structure , it is reliable in sealing and durable
