Q: Are you factory or trade company?
A: We are factory.
Q : My design wine stopper are available? Can I place my brand logo on product?(OEM)
A : Yes, your product design and logo are available.ODM is also welcome.
Q : Can I change the material/ colors etc. ?
A : Yes, those all can be changed. But the MOQ might be adjusted, and alteration cost incurred.
Q : How is your quality? Is it really good as you said?
A : 1. Each product is hand-made by 23 technicists, with 7 production processes, each process has onsite QC.
2. A QC tracking number is printed on each wine stopper Lining, strict quality control tracing to the very person.
Q:What’s the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 100pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A: The lead time for sample orders is 3 days, for bulk orders is 7 days.
Q:Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes we offer free samples which in store , however customers should bear freight.
Q:How to place orders?
A: 1. Email us the model, brand and quantity, consignee information, shipping way and payment terms;
2. Proforma Invoice made and sent to you;
3. Deposit payment after confirming the PI;
4. Confirm Payment and arrange production.
