Sample charge is $15/pc and the sample time is 5-7 work days.
We will return the sample fee when you place order.
2) What is the minimum order quantity for customized hat?
Generally the MOQ is 500/color/size.
3) How is the order process?
Confirm specifications →confirm price →confirm sample →sign a contract and pay deposit or full payment →arrange bulk production after receiving payment →finish production →quality inspection →balance payment →delivery.
4) What is your delivery time for production?
Normally for order below 5000pcs, the production time is 25-35days. For bulk order more than 10000pcs, the production time is 35-45days.
5) How are the payment methods?
We can accept payment from T/T, Western Union, and Trade Assurance. Please pay 30% deposit to confirm an order, balance payment after finishing production but before shipment.
Please pay 50% deposit or full payment for small order before production.
