1040F chemical raw materials water based antifoam paint defoamers

 

	HY-1040F possesses excellent foam breaking and bubble suppression ability. It  will  not produce fish eye and shrinkage cavity. It has little effect on gloss and is suitable for optical coating, water-based ink, and etc.

Application:

It can be used for gloss paint and water-based ink.

 

Dosage:

A level of 0.1% to 0.5% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system is recommended.

 

Instruction:

Shake to uniform before use. Add it into the paint systems under stirring slowly. Cost-effective approach is to add half of the quantity at the feed stage and the rest during the letdown stage.

 

Features:

1. Excellent foam breaking ability and persistent foam suppression.

2. It will not produce fish eyes, shrinkage, and has no adverse effects on gloss and color of system.

3. Suitable for gloss paint, water-based inks, etc.

 

Storage:

It should be stored in closed containers in a dry and cool place.  

 

Precaution:

If not used up, tight the lid to prevent volatilization.

 

Package:
