HOW TO CLEAN

To clean a bamboo cutting board,simply run it under warm water and scrub it clean with a soapy
sponge.While bamboo has some antiseptic properties,it's still a good idea to sanitize or disinfect
your board from time to time.Soak a cloth in a solution of half water,half white vinegar,then wipe both sides of the board.

Last and perhaps most important,dry the board in a vertical position.This will prevent water from permeating the wood fibers and warping the board.You should avoid soaking the board in water in general,and always wipe it dry after rinsing.Then to apply vegetable oil on the surface to protecting.

DO NOT:

Putting the board in the dishwasher.The heat and water will warp and crack the bamboo board.

Dunking or letting bamboo board in stand in water.The wood will absorb water and potentially warp.

Using bleach.This will stain the bamboo.

Putting a wet board flat to dry If the board dries on one side.it will cause the wood wrap and mildew.
