Compared with the stainless steel baking trolley,

the baking trolley is made of high strength aluminum alloy.
It has a solid body structure, a light body,

because anodizing makeing it has a good visual effect and easier to clean.
According to the size and structure of the trolley,

it can be divided into nine floors (short), nine floors (high),

18 open floors, 18 closed floors and 20 movable floors... 

The track of the stationary trolley is all fixed on the body by rivets,

while the movable trolley is installed by interleaving the fixed with the movable.
Its function is to optimize the internal space flexibly,

to accommodate different heights of baked goods and to provide more free ventilation.

Any model can be turned into a fully enclosed baking trolley

on the existing body by adding PC enclosures and doors. 

With good sealing,

it can also remove the dust while also taking into account

the transparent display effect.

The standard trolley determines the loading capacity of the baking tray

according to the number of track layers installed,

and the size of the adapted baking tray is 600 mm*400 mm.

We understand that not all customers are

using the same size of baking pan.
Therefore,

we also accept customized baking trolley

with different height (number of layers), depth and width.

By referring to IKEA's removable structure,

the space can be compressed to the maximum extent and reduce shipping costs.
Using the attached installation manual and installation tools,

the assembly can be completed in 20 minutes by a single person.
