Q :How to send the goods to customer?
A: Normally we send the goods by Express Courier service, our cooperate courier company such as DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX. It is door to door service.

Q : What is the package and how to pack the goods?
A: The original lamp module with original package, and other lamps with neutral package; We pack the goods with 5-7mm AA carton, and inside with foam to protect any damage.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: The lead time is 2-5 working days after receiving your payment.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: We accept T/T or West Union or PayPal in advance .

Q: What is the warranty?
A: The warranty time is 180 days from the date of invoice. If there is any damage during the warranty time, we will repair or replace the lamps to you, but it is excluding the fault of your projector or human damage.

Q: What is the difference of Original Lamp Module and Original Lamp with Housing?
A: The original lamp module means original lamp with original package; original lamp with housing means original lamp with OEM cage and with neutral package.

Q: How can I get a quote?
A: Please send inquiry on alibaba or email or call us to provide your requested projector model and lamp part number, then we will send the quote for your reference.

Q: I have just installed a lamp and I'm still getting no picture. Is this a problem with my lamp?
A:Maybe. Please check that the lamp is properly seated and plugged in, and that the cover is screwed securely over it, as most projectors and televisions will not light with the cover open as a safety feature. If it still does not fire after checking all of these factors, it might be an issue with your lamp or your television/projector; please contact your manufacturer's technical support line for more information.

Q: I just installed my lamp and it is flickering. Is this a problem with my lamp?
A:Maybe. As there is mercury inside the lamp, it will be gasified when the lamp is turned on. During the gasification process, the lamp may flicker, but should stop after a few minutes. If it continues after a few minutes, there may be a problem with the lamp.

Q: I just installed my lamp and there is a smell of burning plastic. Is this a problem with my lamp?
A:Maybe. A slight burning smell can be normal for the first few hours of use, however if the smell persists or gets worse, it could be the lamp overheating, please shut down your unit to prevent any further problems.

Q:A number of white dots have appeared on the screen. Is that a problem with the lamp?
A:Not likely. Check the lens of your projector/television and lamp first for any debris that might be causing image issues. If there is no debris, it is most likely a problem with the DMD chip, which will need to be replaced

Q:My screen has a yellow/blue/green tint or has gone black & white. Is this a problem with my lamp?
A:No. Lamps themselves only pump out white light, issues with color are an issue with the television/projector, either because of an aging LCD panel, or because of a bad color wheel. Please consult your manufacturer's technical support line for troubleshooting on this.

Warm Tips for Buyer
1. Customs
To ensure you have low customs duties, we usually write: lamp 5-10USD unit on shipment invoice when delivery, if you have any requirements of the value, please let us know timely after you place the order .Buyer responsible for all the customs duties/tax.

2. To Russia Customers
a.)DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT is not available for Russia.
b.)Receiver's full name is very necessary for delivery, includes three parts: first name+ middle name +last name

3. To Brazil Customers
If you choose DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT
a.)Receiver's CPF NO. is very necessary
b.)There is strict inspection from Brazil customs, real value (same as the order amount) will be shown on DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT's invoice not 5-10$ per lamp which was mentioned before.
c. )if the forwarder accept the under value on the shipment invoice ,we will help you do it .
