Zig-zag label remover/separator uses an air classification system to remove lighter plastic labels from heavier PET flakes.

As we know, plastic labels and bottle caps made from PP/PE plastic (polypropylene & polyethylene) are also mixed in. As the final goal of our PET bottle recycling line is to produce clean, pure PET plastic flakes, a machine is required to effectively remove this contaminant. Our  label remover, using a column of raising air within its sorting chamber, lighter weight PP/PE labels and other fines can be efficiently removed.

As the mixture of PET flakes, labels, bottle caps, and other fines enter the sorting chamber, lightweight contaminants are blown upwards and stored. Heavier, rigid material such as the PET flakes drop to the bottom and continue to the next piece of recycling machinery.

1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box.

2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet according to different conditon of machine and customer request.

1.We  will provide testing when the customer comes to our factory to see the machine.

2.We  will provide detail machine technical specification ,electric diagram, installation, operation manual and all the documents which customer needed for clearing customs.

3.We will provide engineers for helping installation and training the workers at customer's site.

4.Spare parts are available when they are needed .Within warranty time, we we will provide spare parts free, and over warranty time, we will provide spare parts with factory price.

5.We will provide technical support and repair our machine in the whole lifetime.
