 1. How many years warranty do you have and how can you garantee?
Answer: We have 2 warrenty years for the electrical parts inside the tub, including controller, heater, pumps etc. If any problems happend, we will send you new one accessory and installation manual for free.
For the acrylic, we have 5 warranty years. If any crackle, we will find acrylic fixer to fix for you, that is free.
2. Can I choose Balboa controller for the outdoor spa?
Answer: Definitely you can choose balboa controller. You only need to tell us your requirements and we will do for you.
3.Do you have PVC skirt or red cedar skirt?
Answer: Yes, we have. For the country, where is always moisture, PVC skirt is a better choice. If the country's weather is too hot and always sunny, red cedar skirt is a better choice. Because it won't deform and change color under the sun.
4.Can i order a sample to test?
Answer: Sure you can. But the price will be a little high than mass order, but the higher part will be returned to you in the next order.
