LED tube cover:

1. Length can be 60 CM, 90CM, 120CM or by your request.

2. No mercury and other hazardous materials, ROHS compliant.

3.The PC housing can make sure the T8 tube come with a perfect heat emitting function so as to the LED in the tube can work for a long time.

4. PC cover is good for tenacity and quakeproof.

5. Tubes are not glued but screwed, and have suitable holders for it.

Main performance

a. Mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, creep is also small (very small changes under high temperature conditions)

b. Heat aging resistance: Enhanced  temperature index of 120~140 °C (outdoor long-term aging is also good)

c. Solubility resistance: no stress cracking;

d. Stability to water: It is easy to decompose when exposed to water at high temperature (use caution when using high temperature and high temperature environment)

e. Electrical performance:

   1. Insulation performance: Excellent (wet, high temperature can also maintain stable electrical performance, is an ideal material for manufacturing electronics and electrical parts)

   2. Dielectric coefficient: 3.0 ~ 3.2

   3. Arc resistance: 120s

PC plastic bonding

The following adhesives can be selected according to different needs.

    1. G-933: One-component room temperature curing soft elastic anti-vibration adhesive, resistant to high and low temperature, different viscosity bonding speed for several seconds to several hours to cure.

    2. KD-833 instant adhesive can quickly bond PC plastic in seconds or tens of seconds, but the adhesive layer is hard and brittle, and it is not tolerant to hot water of 60 degrees or more.

    3. QN-505, two-component adhesive, soft rubber layer, suitable for large-area bonding or compounding of PC plastic. However, the high temperature resistance is poor.

    4. QN-906: Two-component adhesive, high temperature resistant.

    5. G-988: One-component room temperature vulcanizate, which is an elastomer with excellent waterproof, anti-vibration adhesive, high and low temperature resistance, 1-2mm thickness, initial solidification in about 10 minutes, basic curing in 5-6 hours , has a certain strength. It takes at least 24 hours to fully cure. Single component, no need to mix, apply after standing after extrusion, no need to warm.

     6. KD-5606: UV UV-curing adhesive, bonding transparent PS sheet and sheet, can achieve no trace effect, need to be cured by ultraviolet light. The effect after bonding is beautiful. However, the high temperature resistance is poor.
