It can produce all kinds of large, medium and small-size forging parts with a weight of 50g-1000kg.Our product are of complex structure, high precision and reliable performance and  in material of more than 100 types of aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, alloy steels, and stainless steels. The products of the company are exported to countries such as USA, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea.

Its main customers are Caterpillar, Tianjin AsiaTrak, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Shanghai GKN, SINOTRUK, Nanjing Iveco, German ELBE, Italian Tenaris, etc.

The company has 11 hot die forging press production lines including 1,000t, 1,600t(3 sets), 2,000t, 2,500t(3 sets), 3,200t, 4,000t and 6,300t, 2 horizontal forging machine production lines including 630t and 2,000t and forging production lines including 730t screw press and 1t, 2t(2 machines), 3t and 5t electro-hydraulic hammers. All heating steps are completed in a medium frequency induction heating furnace with infrared temperature control. The post-treatment equipment for forgings includes 11 heat treatment production lines such as isothermal annealing, quenching and tempering, normalizing and hard surfacing and 8 shot blasting machines such as German suspension-type full automatic powerful shot blasting machines.

Main testing equipment includes: German SPECTRO rapid spectrometer, German TIEDE fluorescent magnetic inspection machine, Japan MITUTOYO and USA Hexagon trilinear coordinates measuring machine (CMM), German INPAC temperature separator, Olympus metallographical microscope and hardness sclerometer, etc.

Furthermore, the company also owns 3 high-speed CNC milling equipment with the rotating speed of over 25,000r/m such as FIDIA and Okuma. Thus, it has relatively powerful mold development capability.
