Advantages of Embedded Specimens :

1. Real biology or other material embedded in resin, crystal body, colorless ,tasteless and nontoxic.

2. Light weight, easy to carry , can be held on hand for 360 degrees observing the embedded organisms.

3. Convenient storage and management, save space and save shipping cost.

4. Widely application, such as teaching specimen, scientific research, cognitive toys, gifts,collection, ect.

 

Shortcomings of traditional biological specimens :

1. The organisms are soaked in the formalin, the clear bottle is big and heavy, occupy space.

2. The formalin is toxic and will volatilize as time going, this is not good for the preservation of the organism.

3. When the formalin volatilize, need professional people to change the formalin, it is not good for health and costly at manager and storage.

4. Inconvenient in observing.

5. Limited at application, mostly only for teaching purpose.
