 Honeycomb Core Configuration

Haxcore produces commercial grade nomex honeycomb core and aerospace grade nomex honeycomb core. Aramid fiber honeycomb core, also called, nomex honeycomb core is a supper lightweight, high strength, non-metallic material produced with aramid fiber paper by printing, stacking, thermal pressing, stretching, dipping, curing, slicing and other machining processes. It is widely used in aerospace, military, radar antenna, transportation and construction sectors for making lightweight sandwich panels.

Haxcore aramid paper honeycomb core is available based on below conditions:
Cell Size: 3.2mm, 4.8mm, 6.4mm, 9.6mm;
Density: 29-144 kg/m3;
Minimum Core Thickness: 2mm;
Dimension: 1220*2440mm, it can be cut into the dimension you need.
