2. Our regular packing is : Large size packed in bakelite board case/ box, smll size pked in carton. If you have special requirements, we will be glad to meet your needs . All the products will be carefully packed , so don’t worry that it will be broken during the shipment .

1. All orders are shipped by EMS ,SAL ,air-express (China post) , DHL,Fedex or as your requirements .
2. If you do not receive the products within 30 days , please contact us . Of course , we will be tracking the products since they are leaving our factory .

A : Our company is located in Donghai county, Lianyungang city, Jiangsu province, China. It takes 15min drive from liangyungang airport to our company.
2. Q : Can i get some samples ?
A: Yes, for most items we can provide free samples, you need just pay for the shipping fee. And for some really expensive items and custom-made items, you need to pay sample fee.
3. Q: How to get the best price with good quality?
A: Our price is competitive. Usually the price is depend on the quantity, material, design and size. If you order more, the price and shipping will be much cheaper.
4. Q: How to follow my order when goods have been shipped?
A: Usually when we send out the goods, we will update you the tracking number by email. And we will follow up the order and remind you.
5. Q : What’s your delivery time ?
A : For the inventory items , we will arrange sending within 5 days , and if large quantity or out of stock , we need 10-15 days to produce .
6. How to check the goods are fine before packing and shipping?
