(2) Hydraulic type shisha charcoal briquette machine 

Compared with mechanical shisha briquette machine, this hydraulic type has following

advantages:

• Much larger punching pressure. And its pressure can be adjusted. 
• Its raw material can not only be charcoal powder, but also coal/iron/mineral/ore powder, etc.
• It consists of three parts: punching part, hydraulic cylinder, PLC.
• It can be totally automic.
• You can make different height shisha briquettes without changing punching mold.

About shisha charcoal briquette machine 

Shisha charcoal briquette machine is also named as hookah charcoal briquette machine, it is the

most popular charcoal briquette machine in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, etc. It is used to

press coconut shell charcoal powder, wood charcoal powder, charcoal ash, charcoal wastes,

etc. into shisha briquettes. In order to fulfill customer's requirements, my factory have two kinds

Generally, round size is 20-45mm, square size is 15-55mm. The final shisha/hookah charcoal is

smokeless, smelless, nontoxic, combustible, also has long burning time. Usually shisha/hookah 

charcoal ash content is 3%-5%, one piece can burn about 1.5 hour. Besides, this machine also

can press fertilizer, salt, sawdust and others. The mixture of sawdust and wax can be used as

high quality fire lighter. Not only we can make some popular shapes, for example cubic shape,

round shape, strip shape, but also can we customize some special shape, for example heart

shape, cup shape, etc.

The production line equipments including not only the shisha charcoal briquette machine, but also

1) Charcoal Crusher (Used to crush the charcoal material into powdery material which size should

be less than 2 mm, for briquetting)

2) Binder Mixer (it is used to make liquid binder for increasing the strength and hardness of shisha

3) Wheel Mixer (this is mainly used to mix the charcoal powder with liquid binder, also it can grind

the charcoal powder to increase the hardness and strength of charcoal powder) →

4) Shisha Charcoal Briquette Machine (making shisha charcoal briquettes)

5) Box dryer ( Dry up wet shisha charcoal briquettes till its moisture is around 5%)
