1. Clean the glass and dry it

2. Drop the UV shadow glue evenly on the designed photo, paste the glass up 

3, Use the cold mounting machine to drive away the bubble 

4, Put it under the UV curing lamp for 5 minutes or so

5,The back of the photo is attached with the flannelette, put on the scaffold, made and finished. 

Attention：

1, the ideal adhesive thickness is 0.01-0.05mm when bonding, too thin or too thick will affect the bonding performance.
2, ensure that the adhesive layer absorbs sufficient ultraviolet energy to achieve the best curing effect, otherwise it will easily affect the adhesive performance of the adhesive layer.
3, do not move glass or metal back and forth during ultraviolet radiation, otherwise it will cause the whitening of the adhesive layer and the decrease of bonding strength.
4, the remaining glue can not be returned to the original packaging, should be kept away from the light sealed at room temperature, do not make children contact.
5. This product has a slight irritation to the eyes and skin. Splashing into your eyes carelessly, please rinse immediately with plenty of water. If you are in contact with the skin, wash with soap. If the case is serious, please see the doctor. It is recommended that the sizing agent be equipped with professional UV protection glasses and labour protection gloves.
