MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
We accept orders from as little as 1 units for the sample order and at least 100 units for the batch order of lcd video brochure.

URGENT ORDERS
We keep on hand Plain White Generic lcd video brochures ready for immediate dispatch. They are A5 Landscape 350gsm coated stock,

fitted with large 7.0in screen, 1Gb memory, with buttons Play/Pause, Next, Previous, Volume Up & Down.

PAPER STOCKS
Standard paper used is 350gsm single coated stock with matt or gloss cello. Hard Cover, Leather Bound, Linen etc also available for lcd

video brochure.

SIZE OF THE VIDEO BROCHURE
The most common supplied lcd Video Brochure size is A5 in landscape layout. A4, A6, DL, Square, or, bespoke also available.

INSERT PAGES
We can print magazine or booklet & place inside the LCD video brochure cover. The pages are usually 157gsm coated matt, perfect

bound, or, stapled, depending on the no. of pages. We recommend A4 in hard cover for best results.

PANTONE OR COLOUR MATCHING
Unless otherwise specified, all products are printed with a full colour CMYK process and, as with any full colour work, colour matching

is not guaranteed. Please note that, through the full colour print process, print colour may vary from print to print, stock to stock,

front to back, and first product of the run to the last product of the run. This is a natural, unavoidable aspect of full colour print.
For specific Pantone, PMS, additional charges will apply.

USB CABLE INCLUDED
With every video brochure a 60cm micro-USB cable is included. We also can supply 30cm White micro-USB cable if requested.

UPLOAD CONTENT
Generally, we will upload your content during assembly. Should your content not be available during this time, then you can easily

upload the content yourself by use of the supplied USB cable & connecting to your PC or MAC.

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the video upload, please ensure you eject the drive via the Safely Remove Hardware option

in the system tray of your PC or MAC. If you simply pull an external drive out of a running computer, you might lose files, crash

applications, or, even crash the video brochure.

CHARGING THE LCD VIDEO BROCHURES
We recommend using the USB Wall Adapt or for charging the video brochure. Connecting to your PC or MAC is recommended for

uploading content only.

PASSCODE PROTECTION
We can lock your content so that the content cannot be copied nor downloaded by other persons.

STORING AND SHIPPING
Due to an embedded magnetic switch that allows the video brochure to automatically play when opened, video brochures must

be alternated when stacked to "keep them quiet" during shipping and storage. Orientating video brochures in the exact same

direction may cause interruptions in the magnetic field that shuts off each video brochure, "fooling" the video brochure in to

thinking its cover is opened. This in turn drains the battery

DELIVERY TIME
Once artwork has been approved & accepted by the printer & all monies and/or deposits have been paid, the turnaround time is

usually around 2-3weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
