When the voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic, the mechanical deformation will follow the change of the voltage and frequency. On the other hand, when vibrating piezoelectric ceramic, it will produce an electric charge. According to this principle, when the vibrator is composed of two piezoelectric ceramic or a form of piezoelectric ceramic and a metal sheet, called bimorph element, applying a signal, it will emit ultrasonic vibration due to bending.
