The SD-220 Brick Machine is suitable for making the clay brick adobe for house. The materials can be clay, black land, mixing clay etc. It includes Hopper, Mud pie cutter and Mud adobe slicer. It can be installed on the falsework(wooden/iron board), also can be installed on the concrete foundation.

The whole machine is composed of Mud-mixer, Bar-cutter, Brick-cutting Lathe. The power enters from the head of the axis after the flat pulley and gears slow their speed. The earth with moderate humidity will be put into the hopper from the upper part of Mud-mixer, and fall into the Mud vat after it is crushed down, then it is puddled by Screw in the vat and put forwards. At last it is squeezed into standard mud bar from the entrance. Under the drive of the Screw, the mud bar enters into Bar-cutter and goes ahead on its board. When it comes to the proper place, the pull pole of the Bar-cutter is pulled to cut mud bar. When the cut mud bar comes to the right place of the brick-cutter, the control pole of the brick-cutter is held down to make the mud bar move on the slab ; so the mud bar is cut into standard brick, and then come to Brick-receiver.

Operation manual for brick molding machine

1.First add oil in the body before starting machine,run it as the arrow mark.

2.Upper 2 holes are the water line of brick mold,when mud strips come out normally,if the brick adobe angle is not smooth,slime angle,it has large difference with water.during testing it, open water when mud strips come out,then slowly close water to reach the satisfy for the smooth degree of mud strips,finally fix the water.(16 holes at sides can be blocked by cotton)

3.Hang steel wire for manual mud slicer.

4.Hang steel wire for brick adobe cutter.

Structure and Working Theory of brick making machine
