Patent Design
All hinges we used to attach the movable door with the cover base are reserved with our own design. This hinge design offers a smooth operation for door close & open.
Longer service life and stable performance allows to operate over 10000 times and no break.
Installation adjustment
Din rail allows installation adjustment including:
1. Depth adjustment: Easy depth adjustment from 0mm-18mm.
2. Horizontal adjustment: from 2° to 5°, depends on the box size.
Depth adjustment can solve the problem once the box is installed too deep inside the wall concrete.
Horizontal adjustment can solve the problem once the box is installed not at the even level.
Safty connection
Copper/ Brass terminal with composition as 57.5%, to gain a perfect conduction performance and tensile strength. Larger size than common products.
Earthing bolt on box is fully isolated during the powder coating process, to maintain its conduction performance.

Q1. Is there any MOQ requirement ?
A: If there is no OEM requirement, we do not require specific MOQ. Once customized packing or customized logo is required, the MOQ for each specification would be 1000pcs.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15 days shipped on board. Except the Chinese New Year vocation, this delivery time will remain stable.
Q3. Can I have a trial order or sample order?
A: Yes. We offer special discount for your first order, no matter it is a trial or sample order.
Q4. Where is the loading port for ocean shipment?
A: Our loading port is Zhongshan Port, Guangdong province. If any other loading port is required, we would check separately.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements in details, thickness, material, how many ways and etc.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms places deposit for formal order.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the cover of distribution box?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before your order confirmation. CDR files logo design is requirement to make no mistake when printing.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
