Q1. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the small samples , but the customers have to pay the courier cost.We will deduct the same amount in the future order.

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than one container

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for PVC Rigid Sheet?
A: In general, our MOQ for 300 pcs for each thickness. If you have special request, pls don't hesitate to keep us known.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Our samples are sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Our mass cargoes are shipped by Ocean. It depends on the destination port.
