Q2.How to have your own paint design?
A: Please send your design or your idea to us, and tell me the color code you want to paint, then our designer do the renderings to you check, while you think it is ok, we will begin to do it. 

Q3.Can I get an exclusive sales agency in my country?

A: Of course, if there is no agency in your country, we can communicate according to the actual situation.

Q4.Can I customize my own mold?

A:Yes, we have very professional designers, with over 12 years of experience in carbon fiber frame design.

Q5. If I order a sample which delivery company?
A: EMS, XDB, UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.

Q6.What’s your MOQ?
A: For sample not ask MOQ, after sample MOQ is 10-30 unit.

Q7.What is delivery time for sample order or an order 100 unit?

A: For sample order, if you need to painting and decal the sample, we need 10 days to print decal and 7days to painting and sticker decal, so sample delivery time about 3 weeks. 

For an order 100 unit, we need 40days for productions and 20 days for painting and decal.

Q8. How about the warranty?
A: Frame have 2 years warranty and wheelset have 1 year warranty since they are sold, if your product have any quality problem, please contact us, thanks.
