 Honeycomb Core Configuration

By filling honeycomb cells with foam, Haxcore lightweight honeycomb core combines the natural strength provided by the cell walls of the honeycomb and the large surface area of foam. The cell walls of the honeycomb panel experience greater reinforcement and overall structural improvement when foam-filled.

Each of our lightweight honeycomb cores provide unique structural properties associated with the material used and how it interacts with the foam filling process. Substrate and skinning materials easily adhere to the honeycomb foam surface making this product an excellent sandwich panel core material.

This table presents values of honeycomb obtained from testing specimens of 12.7mm thickness. All data are representative at the nominal product density. Data is based on results gained from experience and tests and is believed to be accurate yet without acceptance of liability for loss or damage incurred and attributable to reliance thereon as conditions of use lie outside our control.

1. Q: What are your size limitations? What is the maximum length you can provide?
    A: We can provide 3800mm length honeycomb core. And we think only us can provide such longest length product within China.

2. Q: Are you a direct manufacturer?
    A: Yes, we are manufacturer, welcome to our factory to have a field visit.

3. Q: What is MOQ of your product?
    A: Our MOQ is 200 square meter per product item.

4. Q: What about the lead time?
    A:Normally it will take 15-20 days. But it will be shorter if we have the stock on hand.

5. Q:What is your payment term?
    A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment. LC at sight is                       acceptable.
