1) Q: Are you Factory?
A: Definitely Yes. We are one of the most professional & experienced manufactures of BBQ grill in China. Our factory cover more
than 60,000 square meters, locate in Foshan city, which is next to Guangzhou. WELCOME TO VISIT OUR FACTORY!
2) Q: I haven't done business with you guys before, how can I trust your company?
A: Our factory was established in 2003. We are a 9 years golden supplier in alibaba.com. And had been verified by TUV and other 3
rd parties. We are a BSCI & ISO 9001 qualified factory also. I hope those above will be persuasive enough.
3) Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Our company mainly deals with wholesale deals, but, as a trial order for new customer, we can accept smaller order. Also, could
provide samples for testing as per your request, except for some customized product.
4) Q: I would like to ask you if it’s possible have my logo on the product or on the package?
A: Yes. ODM is acceptable. We can brand you logo both on product & on package according to your requirement. But, we also hope you
know we will charge you some extra tooling cost for this extra service.
5) Q: Do you give any discount?
A:I’ll surely try my best to help you get those by the best price and good service at the same time.
6) Q: What’s the delivery time for your products?
A: Well, it depends on the quantity of your orders and the design of the products. Normally, it will takes us 45 days to finish
it.
7) Q: What is the payment terms?
A: We accept various payment methods. And our mainly payment term is as follows :
1.30% deposit by T/T in advance. Balance paid before loading or against B/L copy.
2.By irrevocable L/C at sight.
