2.Q:Can you provide sample for testing? How about the sample cost? ls it refundable?
A:We are willing to provide free samples to customer for testing.Some samples can be free,and
also some samples need to charge,but the sample fee is refundable when large order placed.
3.Q:What's your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ usually comes to 10 pcs,but we accept the small order quantity for testing.

5.Q:How do l know if you ship out my order?
A:The tracking number(DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT,EMS etc.)or Air Waybill or B/L by Sea will be

6.Q:What's your sample time?What's your delivery time?
A:3-7 days for sample,and 7-15 days for mass production.It depends on the quantity.
