Q1,How much the samples cost ?

A1:Samples cost highly depends on the qty , Design . so how many you need ? Which design you like ?

Q2: How many samples I can get ?

A2: Samples just check the quality ,so 1-2pcs are OK ;

Q3:When Can I get the samples ?

A3: Samples order is same with the normal order , I need to Apply the schedule for you and then produce , generally the produce time is 3-5work days ;

Q4:How to control the quality ?

A4:Control the raw material one by one step.

- check raw material sample before mass production

- quality checking during 20% mass production

- quality checking during 80% mass production

- quality checking before raw material to production department

- for wood pick, the wood board need to be Heat Treatment in drying room for 1 week at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius

- for bamboo pick, we control the water content 0% after drying from high temperature drying room,and no more than 5% before sticking paper flag on bamboo picks

Q5: How long will you deliver the goods ?

A5: - 12 days for quantity 300,000 pcs -500,000 pcs

- 12-20 days for quantity less than 500,000 pcs;

- 25-35 days for quantity 500,000 pcs - 1,500,000 pcs

- 30 - 45 days for quantity 1,500,000 pcs - 2,500,000 pcs

( the above delivery only consider under our normal production schedule, we will calcuate you an exact delivery when you inform us the quantity )

Q6: What is the payment term ?

A6: T/T 30% deposit & 70% against copy BL ；.
