Large flowlate recirculating aquaculture fish farm auto drum filter
Drum filter is a mechanical, self-cleaning filter that works with gravity to remove the micro-particle from water.It's made from four parts: house, roller, back washing system, electric control system.
Capacity: 30 ~ 500m³/H (or higher), use non-toxic seawater corrosion resistant high quality engineering plastic materials, and use 200 mesh (75 microns) stainless steel mesh to remove & separate suspended solids.
HOW IT WORKS
Water is filtered through the periphery of the drum and particles are carefully separated from the liquid through the special cell structure of the filter panels. As solids build up on the filter cloth, the automatic system starts rotating the drum and initiates the backwash. Solids are gently rinsed off the filter cloth and collected in the waste trough and discharged. The filtration continues on clean filter cloth during the backwash, thus allowing a continuous filtration process. Hydrotech’s unique design of the filter panels prevents fragmentation through careful handling of the solids. This high filtration efficiency is essential in optimizing water quality parameters.

Drumfilters work without pressure and are robustly designed with few moving parts to ensure long life and low maintenance costs. The Drumfilter can be automatically controlled by Hydrotech’s Intelligent Filtration TM control system to ensure economic use of power and water.

A: The warranty is 12 months while the lifetime is 10-15 years under good maintenance.It is durable and anti-corrosion.
Q: What is the payment term ?
A: Our payment is T/T , 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.
Q: We haven’t imported before, can you ship the goods to our warehouse?
A: Yes. Although our normal trade term is EXW, FOB, we can also arrange transportation to your warehouse.
Q: How to assemble the equipment once we received it?
A: The CAD install instruction, assembly procedure and project case will be provided.,Of course our skilled installation engineers would go to your country and install the equipment if needed.
