Introduction
-In milk & milk products, water borne infections like colibacillosis (coliform) can play havoc
if not controlled properly.
-CIP Cleaner &CIP Cleaning System offered by us help in ensuring safe as well as pure
bacteria free milk, which is a basic need of man. It is a blend of chelating agents and
sequestering agents to vanish colibacillosis (coliform).
-As these cleaners are cationic detergents,these can be well absorbed on cell surface and helps in killing organism by denaturation of proteins.
-CIP cleaner is also colorless, odorless & completely safe at user dilution, working equally well in hard
water as well as in the presence of organic matter.

-With only two switches required for operation to clean milking parlors .
-3-cycle and 5-cycle wash are available easily by selecting the toggle switch on the front panel;
3 cycles: Initial rinse + Detergent circulation (acid to be chosen)+Final rinse;
5 cycles: Initial rinse (hot/warm/cold water to be chosen+Hot detergent circulation + Mid
rinse(hot/warm/cold water)+Hot acid circulation + Final rinse(hot/warm/cold water).
-.More than 30 wash parameters are simply set up by a Handheld Programming Module for CIP CLEANING SYSTEM.
-Self test feature enables the wash program to run at 10 times of the normal speed to quickly
evaluate any system problem.
-Temperature controller to give you the alarm warning when the water temperature is below
45 degree during rinse.
-With precise dosing and capabilty for continuous optimization, a flexible CIP system will achieve optimal cleaning and disinfection while saving time and minimizing consumption of cleaning materials.
