How to get a customized design product?
You can send us your own design artwork in Adobe Illustrator file(AI) or PDF via TM or email. So that we can issue you finished product design.
If your design is not too conplicated, we also accept JPG file.
Note: Any pantone color in C/U/TC/TPX will be available.
What's sampling time?
It usually cost 7-10days upon common used material, such as polyester, T/C;
And 14 days for elastic webbing on customized colours or material.
What's mass production time?
For regular satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon in stock-sale range, it only need 2days;
Normally clients orders are for 14 days depending on production schedule.
What's sampling charge?
NO NEED charge for patch, embroidery patch,woven lable etc;
And usually us$45.0 for Elastic webbing sampling and refundable when you place order.
Could I get free sample?
Sure, all read-made samples can be provided without any charge, but usually customer need to take the freight.
Also we can develop free sample whit available material if customer agree. And usually us$50 for elastic webbing sampling and refundable when you plack order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T,Western Union, Money Gram, L/C, Paypal as sight, but sorry we don't accept credit card.
After long time cooperation, we can accept payments for all the orders monthly, such as TT 30days.
